Shipping Policy

All orders to be received in the United States will be shipped out within 2-5 business days.

All orders to be received outside of the United States will be shipped out within 2-7 business days.

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping information at checkout. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, you have 24 hours to email Thefearinsideyou@gmail.com with your order number and the corrected address to ensure your package is shipped within the listed time.

If you fail to correct your shipping address within 24 hours, Thefearinsideyou is not responsible for any lost shipments, and your order will not be refunded.

Mail Club Orders

Mail club orders follow a monthly shipping schedule.

  • All mail club orders ship between the 24th–27th of each month
  • Orders are shipped together as a batch during this window
  • Mail club items are sent separately from other shop orders

This means:

  • If you order a mail club item + other products, they may arrive separately

Missing and Delayed Products

Thefearinsideyou is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages; responsibility lies with the carrier.

If your order has been labeled as "delivered" but you have not received your item, please email us at Thefearinsideyou@gmail.com with your name and order number as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the carrier. After 21 days of the investigation, we will replace or refund your product if it has not been delivered by the carrier.

How Do I Receive Updates on My Package?

To get updates on your package, please check your email regularly. After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you have checked the spam section of your email and still cannot locate the shipping confirmation, contact us via email at Thefearinsideyou@gmail.com with your order number so we can rectify the situation.
